Mobile Office Realtor Advantage-buyers


Have you ever asked a Realtor a question and they said “I'll check on that when I get back to the office.” or while driving around looking at houses with your Realtor ask “what about that house, is that one in my price range?” How about writing an offer, if you had a good Realtor they had some blank forms with them and you were able to write the offer, but then what? Did they then have to go back to the office to fax it? Have you ever lost a deal because your Realtor had to go back to the office to do something? I have met several people where this has happened, especially in this fast paced world of buying foreclosures. What if your Realtor had their whole office with them no matter where they were?

The way it was.....

A while ago you couldn't even reach your Realtor unless they were in their office. Then came cell phones and you were able to talk with them, ask questions but unless they were in their office they weren't able to look up houses, fax or find out answers to your questions about a house unless they had that information memorized. If they were in the office they had to call you back because they had to thumb through the MLS book, yes it used to be in books. Then came the internet and the personal computer. Wow what a difference, your Realtor could now answer your questions about a house while still on the phone with you, and if they were a good agent they could even do this from home on their desk top computer.

What I'm Doing

I have taken the next step, leveraged it and have leaped into the near future. I took all of my own complaints and ideas, added other Realtor's complaints and ideas, mixed that with home buyers' and sellers' complaints and ideas and came up with a new way, a better way. I then combined that new way of doing business with high quality service, a humble attempt at being Green and created the Mobile Office Realtor way.

What this means for you

Basically if you have a question about anything, no matter where I am, if the answer is available, I can get it. If we are looking at a house and you want to write an offer, it can be done right there, it will be submitted within just a few minutes and copies of everything you signed can be emailed to you while still at the house.  If you have or if you know of anyone that has been trying to buy a great deal lately, then you know how important it is to act quickly.  The last several houses I have helped buyers buy had several offers within a day and were sold within just a few days of the listing date.   

What about being a Green Realtor

If it is something that matters to you, you will pleased to know that I am trying to be Greener and by using me as your Realtor you are helping to save our planet. One way that I am trying to be Greener is I am paperless and by using my services you have helped to save at least one tree, tell a few friends to use me and we could save a small forest. Not to mention saving all the waste, printer ink, used pens, etc that is not being thrown into the land fills. I know it's not much and probably won't make much of a dent but by having me as your Realtor your also sending the message to every other Realtor that they should be doing what I am doing if they want your business and imagine what that could do.

Whats another advantage

Another advantage of using me to help you buy a home is I love my job. This may not mean much at first glance but have you ever used a professional, or even a Realtor that hated their job? I know I have and I hated the job they did too. I work long hours, am always reachable and am more than happy to help you, no matter the price range because I'm having fun at my job. Being a Realtor, for me, is not just about making a paycheck, since I was just a kid I have loved real estate, teaching what I know and helping people.  Now I get to do it all at the same time.  It may not sound like fun to some people, other Realtors included, but to me it's like a sports fan at the world series, a shopaholic on a no limits shopping spree, a Nascar fan getting a ride-a-lone, a 10 year old girl meeting Hanna Montana, etc. It's a blast!
