  • How many square feet

  • How many acres

  • Basement yes/no

  • Garage yes/no - how many cars

  • Location

  • Special likes and/or dislikes

• I am notified of your email instantly and begin creating your MLS search

• The list is then emailed to you with every listed home that fits your criteria

  • You will receive your first list in as little as 15 minutes during business hours

  • If you do not receive your first list within 24 hours send the email again, there was an error

• At midnight each day my automated system looks through every MLS listing with your criteria in mind

• If there are updates to your list you get an email around 1:00 am to 3:00 am (usually) sometimes a little earlier or little later

So if you don't want to have to beat the other buyers with a higher price you need this FREE list.

• You'll know of new listings and price drops as fast as Realtors but don't have to wait for them to call and finally let you know

• You don't have to wait for the house to finally show up on the Internet

• Email/text/call me with the listing number or address and the time you want to see the home
